Terms of Service

ProcureCaribbean ("we", "us") is a procurement-intelligence service based in Trinidad and Tobago. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service.

ProcureCaribbean is a weekly subscription that delivers a procurement-intelligence Excel workbook aggregating public-sector tender opportunities from Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana, compiled from official government procurement sources with added editorial analysis.

2. Subscription and billing.

The subscription is USD $75 per month, billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

3. Licence and permitted use.

A subscription is licensed to one organization for that organization's internal use. Sharing the workbook or its contents with anyone outside the subscribing organization is prohibited. This includes forwarding it to non-subscribers, distributing it within a group of separate businesses, republishing it, reselling it, or extracting its data into a competing product. Each workbook is individually watermarked with the subscriber's identity. Violation of this licence is grounds for termination of the subscription without refund.

4. Data accuracy.

Our data is aggregated from public sources on a best-effort basis. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Subscribers are responsible for verifying all details directly with the relevant issuing body before preparing or submitting any bid. ProcureCaribbean is an information service and does not provide procurement, legal, or financial advice.

5. Cancellation.

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period; we do not charge you again after cancellation.

6. Limitation of liability.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProcureCaribbean is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information provided.

7. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.

8. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
