If ProcureCaribbean isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Email contact@procurecaribbean.com and we’ll process it.

After the first 7 days.

Your subscription continues on its normal monthly cycle. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period after the 7-day window has passed.

How refunds are processed.

Refunds are issued through our payment provider, back to your original payment method.
